Delivery Appointment Hours

Atlantic Coast Freezers: Appointments available between 8:30am and 2:30pm (Mon - Thu)

Overtime Policy

An overtime fee of $380 is incurred if truck arrives at 6pm or later. Late trucks will only be loaded at management discretion.

  • Appointment requests are monitored Mon - Fri from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

  • New customers must get approval before requesting a delivery appointment.

  • This page is for Delivery Appointments only. For pick-ups, please contact orders@acfreezers.com.

  • Delivery slots for days following weekends or holidays must be requested by 3:30pm the prior business day.

  • To cancel or reschedule a delivery appointment, please contact deliveries@acfreezers.com
